Akira from The Rocket Gallery a great gallery and publisher in Tokyo asked me to participate in the exhibition UK?OK!!. Akira and his crew came to investigate what was happening in Graphics in the UK at the moment, interviewed me, took some revealing pics of my studio and asked many questions. Worth taking a look if you are visiting Tokyo this summer and/or buy the publications. We were asked to make a graphic sound piece and a t-shirt has been made of my piece.

This photo was taken last Tuesday 13th July at the Vintage Site at Goodwood. I am going tomorrow to see how it has progressed. From tomorrow we only have 23 days left and everything is moving pretty quick now I am looking forward to documenting the growth of the site, ensuring though that I don’t give too much away as surprises are essential and makes life more exciting.
WOW my mini corn has been growing about 5 cm per day, it is incredible! I think if I sat infront of it all day I would be able to see it grow. My last post about my vegetable patch was June 11th, 5 weeks ago, I have been watering them religiously and due to the gorgeous weather we’ve been having, all the plants look like they are going to bear fruits. I even have 4 little hairy kiwis, they are so cute.
Now I have to hope they all ripen.
A big commitment but worth it!

We were over in Dublin, April 2008, and it was the opening of the Technothreads exhibition, the install had been quite hard work so we loved the fact it was finished and we could enjoy ourselves. Gerrard was in his element that night getting Nico and Luke to carry his opening night flowers, strutting along in his amazing silver suit. We were out to have a good time that night and we did! To complete the night we had a lovely meal with Gerrard’s family. (more…)
